April 22, 2017 - Champaign, IL - Showing his boxing technique without breaking his stride, David Quay runs to a 5th place finish in the Mens 30-34 division during the 2017 Illinois Marathon. The Moline, IL, native finished the race at 02:55:45. While he crossed the finish line 24th overall out of 1,216 competitors on Saturday, he told spectators along the course at the 23 mile mark, "I'd rather be boxing".
